Return & Refund Policy
All non-surgical treatments, packages, and skincare products are FINAL SALE. Patients returning or exchanging products or treatment packages, a credit will be added to the patient's chart that can be applied to any non-surgical treatments (excluding injectables), and skincare.
PACKAGES:
- All packages purchased are non-refundable and must be used within 24 months of purchase. If a patient is unable to consume the package purchased they are able to transfer their remaining treatments to another patient of their choice. All remaining treatments can be applied as a credit on the patient’s chart.
SKINCARE:
- All skincare products are final sale, defective products will be replaced for you. Patient’s must bring in the defective product. In cases where the patient has a bad reaction to the product, the product will be returned as a credit to the patient’s chart.
CREDITS:
- Any credits added to a patient's chart can be used towards all non-surgical treatments, excluding injectables. Any credits must be used within 24 months of being added to the patient’s chart
